Cows in nature are generally clean animals and do not stain-even with grass. Prompt attention to spills with a damp sponge and a little soap is all that's needed in most cases. Once in a while, you can treat your cowhide to a steam cleaning, being careful not to soak the leather backing.

What can I do with my cowhide (besides put it on the floor)?

Think about what a rich reddish-brown full-sized flowingly asymmetrical hide would have to say on your entry-way or office wall … or draped across your bed or couch. Our hides are remarkably supple, and adapt with grace to horizontal or vertical applications.

How can I return a product?

The quality of our products is guaranteed. All items are inspected before leaving the warehouse. In the event that something happens during transit, we will accept any damaged or defective merchandise for return, but we must be advised as soon as you receive your merchandise. If you do decide that a product does not meet design expectations, a full refund (less shipping fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original and resalable condition within 10 days; otherwise a restocking fee may be charged. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit to their credit card. Just call us and we will work with you to arrange return/replacement.

Can I still purchase one of your cowhides? No, sorry - we're not set up for International orders at this time.

Warranty

Your cowhide rug will probably outlive you! Quality and workmanship are, of course, guaranteed.

We have a very straightforward return/refund policy: If you feel the need to return your cowhide for any reason, just notify our office within ten (10) days, and we'll arrange a substitution or refund as appropriate. The only requirement we have is that you be responsible for the return postage.

Do remember when ordering that hides are a natural product; the one you receive will be unique in shape and coloration. That being said, we're a small company with humans at this end of the phone, and we'll be quite happy to accommodate any reasonable requests.
