Audio/Video CD/DVD

We will replace any music or video product that has defective media. If you receive a defective product, it may be replaced or returned for refund.

If you have a problem with your purchase, please email us @ murphsranchmarket@gmail.com for an RMA Number prior to returning your product for replacement or restocking. Items received without an RMA will be refused.

Digital Downloads

Digital music downloads are non-refundable. Replacement is limited to sending an identical copy via email should you experience difficulty with a download.

Murph's Cowboy Logic Clothes

Items purchased through our online store that have been opened may be returned within 10 days, for a full refund, if returned in new condition. Customer is responsible for 100% of shipping costs unless the item is defective in which case we will refund shipping costs.
